Dr. Surinder Katoch, Founder and Director of Katoch’s Holistic Health Centre is an Ayurvedic Physician and Yoga Expert. She is a holistic health consultant and specialist in Lifestyle Counselling and Psycho Counselling. She is a post graduate in Ayurveda from National Institute of Ayurveda, Jaipur-India. She has also done diploma in Nutrition & Health Education (DNHE) and Certified Course in Yoga (CIY) from Delhi-India. Dr. S Katoch has worked as a lecturer in Dayanand Ayurvedic College, Jalandhar, Punjab; as as Assisstant Professor in Dhanwantari Ayurvedic College, Chandigarh and as a Medical Officer in Moolchand Kharaiti Ram Hospital, New Delhi as well as Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, New Delhi.


Dr. Surinder Katoch’s post graduation research work was aimed at developing a comprehensive questionnaire for analysis of Prakriti (Body-Mind constitution) of individuals. She has been successfully using this for the diagnosis, prognosis, prevention, treatment of diseases and providing health promoting guidelines according to given characteristics of the individual.


Backed by her more than twenty five years of professional experience after post graduation and during her service in various prestigious institutes she has gained command over integrated way of handling complicated but challenging health problems. Presently, Dr. S Katoch is one of the most sought after doctor for preventive and promotive health care through her unique scientific way of understanding the real cause of illness rooted mostly in the erratic lifestyle and guiding the patients with corresponding corrective measures prescribed in classical Ayurveda. She is invited as a guest speaker/ resource person to various National and International conferences/seminars concerned with Ayurveda and Yoga. She was sent by Government of India to Europe (Hungary) in 2008 under Continuous Medical Education Programme to train the health professionals of various wellness units and spas; and to generate awareness regarding health care approach of Ayurveda so that we can help mankind come closer to nature and away from chemicals. With the same mission, in May 2010 she visited Slovakia, delivering lectures, conducting workshops and giving consulations to the needy. She also delivered a talk in European Ayurveda Academy in Briesten-Germany. In 2014, she conducted a 2 weeks programme at Moscow-Russia, which included personalized holistic health promoting guidelines after Body-Mind analysis, lectures on Ayurveda and Ayurvedic cooking classes. In June 2017, she was deputed as a resource person by Government of India for an Ayurveda Symposium at St. Petersburg, Russia with the main aim of propagating of Ayurveda. 


Her main aim is to create public awareness regarding potentials of Ayurevda and to promote its Preventive, Promotive and Curative health care aspects worldwide.
