Our health too is like a building supported by 3 pillars which keep it in a state of homeostasis. However, disturbance in even one of these can be hazardous to health as a whole which in the long run can prove to be fatal.
These 3 pillars of health, technically called as the “Trayopstambha“ are:
- Ahaara (Dietary Regimen)
- Nidra (Sleep Pattern)
- Brahmacharya (Conduct like Lord Brahma)
The maintenance of these pillars is in the hands of an individual themselves. You can either polish them or exploit them….the will lies within you!!
